Details'Nicaea', also known as 'Holy, Holy, Holy' is a well-loved hymn, especially at Christmas time. This setting for brass band consists of three choruses, each representing a member of the Holy Trinity. The Son is represented with a tenor quartet, lead by the trombone. Then, the Father is represented through cornets singing over a mystical and restless back drop. Finally, the final chorus, representing the Holy Spirit, is grand and glorious.
Features for 1st Trombone, Solo Cornet and Flugelhorn. Suitable for 3rd Section (C Grade) and above. |
